Rygbi Gogledd Cymru (RGC) is the Regional Rugby Side for North Wales.
As a side representing the region it dates back to playing International touring sides including the Tonga Sea Eagles, Romania, Japan and Western Samoa.
Based Eirias, Colwyn Bay the side made its debut in the Swalec Division 1 East in 2012.
Eirias has been home to Wales U20's since 2012, and the stadium in Colwyn Bay has hosted Internationals involving the likes of Canada, Tonga, USA and Russia.
2011/2012 Division 1 East Winners
In our first competitive season in Division 1 East we were crowned Champions 2012/2013 and followed up our second season finishing 3rd in the Championship 2013/2014
2015/2016 Swalec Championship 4th Place
RGC gained promotion to the Premiership by claming a top 4 finish in May 2016.
